I became interested in fitness while actively involved in the varsity wrestling program at my high school. My passion for weight training and nutrition came about because of training for athletics. Beyond high school this was focused into the world of physique and performance enhancement. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and helping them achieve their goals while learning from them along the way.

I have worked with hundreds of competitors and non-competitors of all ages as well as with athletes outside of the physique arena.  I strive to treat each athlete as my number one priority and work closely with them to provide an approach that is not only methodical but practical.

My goal with each client is to maximize each and every area of their programming through the use of science, anecdotal evidence, and practical experience. Control of lifestyle factors such as stress management that can aid in overall results and quality of life are also important. The body and the mind are strongly interconnected and ensuring each body system works in unison is vital to success and long term sustainability.

I provide a comprehensive array of services to cater to all physique enhancement, athletic and general health and fitness needs. My services typically consist of regular check-ins and feedback from me and constant adaptions of the plan to meet ones goals. I do my best to provide all clients with a timely response and adequate feedback/explanation of each change made to their programming. Your goals are my number 1 priority while still keeping health in the forefront.

My love for fitness and training started in my teens. I leaned into training as a safe space for me while I battled drug and alcohol addiction, as well as an eating disorder. In 2013 after I got clean and sober I began bodybuilding and focusing more on physique development, as well as studying movement and nutrition.  Having struggled with my fair share of hormonal and gut dysfunction I have a deep passion for helping people overcome moments where they feel like giving up.

When it comes to my clients, I like to look at the whole picture (lifestyle, mindset, work/life balance) and whole body (hormones, thyroid function and digestion). Taking a client from where they are to where they want to be while educating them and helping them make the lifestyle changes needed to maintain those newfound results. For many of us, it wasn’t just one thing, but years of bad habits, massive stress, and a lack of understanding of nutrition that have caused some of these issues.As a coach I used tailored nutrition recommendations, training programs and healing protocols for each client. I check in weekly with my clients and provide monthly zoom/call check in’s when needed. I work hard to make sure you are responded to in a timely manner and feel prepared for each week ahead.

Outside of coaching you can find me lifting, exploring the world, and spending lots of time with my daughter creating art projects. (Yes, lots of glitter and popsicle sticks)

Coaching Services

My services cover any and all variables pertaining to the individual goals/situation. Nutrition, training programming, supplementation, health related matters (digestion, lab work, psych etc.) and anything else pertaining to the needs of the client. The more variables I can control and manipulate the better. 

I also offer individual services pertaining to training programming, nutrition, supplementation and health coaching if the individual does not want to take advantage of each one. Through a combination of practical application, anecdotal evidence and science, I deliver an approach that best fits the individual. Beyond that how information is delivered to that person considers as well. Different personalities respond to different delivery so my goal is to not only guide the client properly but jive with them as much as possible. This creates the most productive approach long term. I offer services to individuals of all levels from beginner to professional, both contest prep and otherwise. If you do plan to step on stage, we will work together to bring your best look and continue productive communication beyond the contest to capitalize on the offseason phase as well.

If you just want to get in the best shape of your life or put on new muscle tissues, that’s great. If you need coaching to improve various aspects of health, I have you covered.  I also work with performance athletes to bring them to the top of their game! If you have a goal, I more than likely have a service for it!

Consultations

 For those that do not wish to partake in continued coaching, I offer consultation services. I offer consults on a variety of situations

-Review and adjustment of current programming

-Review and consultation of current lab work/health related issues

-Supplementation consultation

-Sports psych consultation and much more.

If you have an issue that needs addressed, I can more than likely consult with you on the matter. Consults typically consist of Skype/Conference calls and/or email consult depending on the situation. I will first gather information on the situation then set up a time to consult and correct the issue. I also like to have most individuals follow up afterwards to ensure they are on the right track.
